MARIA THE LEPER

Even in the soul
of darkness
lies a spectral
glow
Cosmic
fate does not
show
But;
god within
eyes of
a child knows

A poetic pause
as it clambers…
grows
Shot by a 14 month
old child a moment,
Morbid,
Morose

Encapsulating
text-less prose;

Maria the leper
lady silent
foreboding
doomed
in tattered
clothes

Eyeless sockets
leprous nose,
yet held her pose

A trampled
rose

As the
image
held in the
palm of this
child instantly
froze ..
What came first the camera?
 The vision?
Thought imposed?
Giving birth to a photo unopposed!

A poem by my friend;

MISTY BLUE

“To thyself be true”
In this thou art all alone;
Better to be misty blue,
Than thy truth postpone!

ROTMS

MENTAL BREAKDOWNS

From “Out of the blue”
Hues of grays 'n browns
Matters not what be true
When one is plagued by;
Mental meltdowns...

ROTMS
